November Wellness Week Review


Yoga at Little IslandOur favourite guest, Charlotte Dodson, has come and gone – and left in her wake a sub community of flexible, relaxed and rejuvenated guests. Each day, Charlotte taught two yoga classes and was busy catering to all levels of practice. The beginners worked on their posture, while the more advanced worked on their back bends and head stands. In between yoga classes, we had adventure fitness activities, wholefood cooking classes, organic gardening classes, nutrition classes and organic wine tastings. The combination of perfect weather (except the night we had 5 inches of rain and walked to the base of Mt Lidgbird to count 27 waterfalls), healthy food and a long list of daily activities was perfect for an active Lord Howe holiday.
