Stephanie Alexander’s famous book ‘The Cook’s Companion’ has a great section at the start of each chapter where she lists which ingredients go well together. At Pinetrees, we’re in the business of cooking Lord Howe Island fish and have an enormous repertoire of dishes. Every month in 2013, we’ll share some of our repertoire to help you improve your cooking at home. Of course, the dishes below go well with any white flesh meat. Happy cooking and bon appetite!
