Need some new kingfish ideas?

Stephanie Alexander’s famous book ‘The Cook’s Companion’ has a great section at the start of each chapter where she lists which ingredients go well together. At Pinetrees, we’re in the business of cooking Lord Howe Island kingfish and have an enormous repertoire of dishes.
