All rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Longer stays

Stays longer than 5 nights attract additional discounts off the rack rate.

Inclusions

Our 5 night package rate includes island airport transfers, use of lodge facilities and all meals - full buffet breakfast, lunch (either at Pinetrees, gourmet BBQ hamper or packed lunch), afternoon tea and 4 or 5 course dinner. The 5 night package rate excludes drinks, airfares and other applicable levies and taxes.

Airfares

Pinetrees Travel provides the best available airfares to Lord Howe Island. Qantaslink is the only airline to service Lord Howe Island and has connections from 750 global destinations as part of the One World Alliance. International travellers can sometimes include flights to and from Lord Howe in tickets to Australia. Please check with your travel agent. You can then use our accommodation rates for land content only.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes available. Please check with Pinetrees staff on the day.

Sole Use

Sole use of rooms is permitted at the advertised rates. There is no sole use available from 20 December to 20 January.

Additional people in Garden Cottages and One Bedroom Suites

Additional adults are charged $690 per person for 5 nights and $130 per person per night for extra nights. Additional children ( 3-9 years ) are charged $365 per child for 5 nights and $65 per child per night for extra nights. Infants under 3 years (in cot ) are free of charge.

Additional people in other accommodation

Children under 10 years sharing with an adult are charged half the adult tariff. Children under 10 years, sharing with 2 adults, are charged 33% of the adult tariff. When children under 10 years are in a separate unit or share with another child, then the minimum rate for the unit must not be less than the sole use adult rate. Infants under 3 years are charged $30.00 per child per night. Additional people 10 years and over, sharing with 2 adults, are charged 66% of the adult tariff.

Rate Changes

Pinetrees Lodge reserves the right to alter rates without notice.

Deposits

A deposit of $250 per person is required within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations

A cancellation fee of 25% of the total tariff will be charged for cancellations or changes made to bookings 45-15 days before arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tariff will be charged for cancellations or changes made to bookings 14 days or less before arrival. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tariff will be charged for no show on the day of arrival. There are no refunds for early departures. Specific cancellation conditions apply to special interest groups, big family groups and to bookings in December and January. These are advised at the time of booking.
