Package Holidays
- All-inclusive package holidays are available at bargain prices at all times except during the peak summer holiday period. Apply for details.
Addtional people in Garden Cottages and One Bedroom Suites
- Additional adults, 5 nights $690.00 per adult and extra nights at $130.00 per person per night.
- Additional children three years and over but under ten years are $365.00 per child for 5 nights and extra nights at $65.00 per night.
- Infants under three years (in cot) free of charge.
Additional people in other accommodation
- Under 10 years sharing with an adult - half the adult tariff.
- Under 10 years in a separate unit or sharing with another child - minimum rate for the unit must not be less than the sole use adult rate. Infants under 3 yrs of age $30.00 each per night.
- Under 10 years sharing with 2 adults - 33% of the adult tariff.
- Additional adults over 10 years, sharing with 2 adults - 66% of the adult tariff.
Deposits
A deposit of $250 per person is required within 7 days of booking to confirm a reservation.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 25% of the total tariff will be charged for cancellations / changes made to bookings 45-15 days before arrival and this fee will be 100% for changes made from 14 days or less, prior to arrival. A 100% fee applies for no show on day of arrival and the lodge does not refund for early departures.
Note specific cancellation conditions apply to special interest groups, big family groups and to bookings in December/January. These are advised at the time of booking.
Note: International Travellers... you may be able to include flights to and from Lord Howe in your ticket to Australia, please check with your travel agent. You can then use our accommodation rates for land content only.
