Dining

What dinners they are!

Our professional chefs prepare superb meals.

There is fresh fruit and vegetables, homemade bread and the best fish you ever tasted...usually caught that day and tempting desserts and cheeses. Our traditional Fish Fry buffet dinner is a highlight of the week.

At dinner we uncork the wine and serve romantic candle lit meals looking out to the floodlit Kentia palms where the woodhens often scratch around and show off their chicks.

The original family homestead built in 1884 still stands as part of the lounge, billiard room, bar and dining room central complex.

Around it is a wide roofed verandah and a canvas covered dining area. In Summer, all meals are served there, weather permitting. In Winter, breakfast and lunch are usually served outside on the verandah and dinner in our inside Dining Room.

Menues change daily to suit the supply of fresh produce.
