Accommodation
Your accommodation ranges from comfortable motel-style units with ensuites and verandahs right up to the most modern and luxurious of architect designed Garden Cottages.
All units have refrigerators, ceiling fans, hair dryers
and tea and coffee making facilities. Each Garden Cottage has a large
Master Bedroom, a Living-Dining- Kitchen area, a sumptuous shower room
with its own private courtyard and a protected outdoor terrace.
These cottages are world class, beautifully furnished
and have a total floor area of 60sq metres plus the 16sq metre terrace.
For families a second Bedroom can be formed in the living area by a
clever folding screen. We have two other cottages. One is large with
4 bedrooms (3 with ensuites) while the other is a 3 bedroom family cottage
all sharing the same facilities.
Pinetrees Resort has five types of accommodation, plus
the 3 and 4 Bedroom Cottages.
We can comfortably cater for groups or small conferences for up to 30 people. All the buildings are single storey set around the landscaped grounds and blend in beautifully with the palms, the pine trees and the tropical hibiscus and frangipanis.

| Garden Cottage |
| Five architect designed free standing cottages with useful
north facing terraces.Each has a large master bedroom with
ceiling fan, queen size bed plus a single bed, large shower
room with access to a private garden court and a lounge -
dining - kitchen area with refrigerator, ironing board and
tea & coffee making facilities all well appointed and
superbly designed. The lounge area can easily be converted
to a 2nd bedroom. Only available on a full board basis. |

| One Bedroom Suite |
| Two identical 1 Bedroom Suites in the heritage cottage close
to the lagoon. Each has a well appointed bedroom with ceiling
fan, queen size bed plus a single bed, a shower room with
access to a private fenced deck, a lounge room and a generous
covered verandah. Well positioned windows and skylights make
these suites open and airy. A refrigerator, ironing board
and tea & coffee making area are provided. Ideal accommodation
for a young family. Lounge room can sleep two children. |

| Under the Pines Unit |
| The newest and best of our motel - style units, well located
and larger than the other units. They each have fully tiled
private facilities, queen size bed plus a single bed, good
cross ventilation & soundproofing, built-in furniture,
tea & coffee making area, refrigerator, ceiling fan, carpeted
floors and private covered verandah. |

| Transit Hill Unit |
| Good motel-style units in a popular location, looking up
to Transit Hill past our Chinese elm tree which is more than
100 years old. All have fully tiled private facilities, carpeted
floors, tea & coffee making facilities and ceiling fans.
Cross ventilation and soundproofing are both generally good
and all have private covered verandahs. Can be either twin
or double beds. |

| Palm Unit |
| Comfortable motel-style units with renovated private facilities,

| Three Bedroom Cottage |
|
The three bedroom cottage has a large living room and
a full kitchen. One w.c./shower room and is well suited
to young families or couples. Master bedroom has a queen
size bed - other bedrooms either twin or double.

| Four Bedroom Cottage |
|
Large living room in the four bedroom cottage is often
used for small conferences for up to 30 people. Full kitchen,
secluded timber deck and outside covered areas. Master Bedroom
has a queen size bed and ensuite; Bed 2 has a queen size
and a single bed plus an ensuite; Bed 3 either twin or double
with ensuite; Bed 4 is a twin (no ensuite)
