Australian Traveller Declares Lord Howe Island Number 1

Australian Traveller Magazine has just released its '100 Things To Do Before You Die: The Ultimate Australian Bucketlist', and Lord Howe Island is number 1. Yes, number 1 ahead of every other Australian destination. The list was first suggested by readers of the magazine, and then moderated by an expert panel of "ten well-respected and well-travelled Australians" who helped to rank the destinations from 1 to 100. As an extra accolade, Pinetrees Lodge was recommended as a great place to stay. There's even a direct link from the Australian Traveller website to the Pinetrees website.
