4.5 star rating in TripAdvisor

It’s always been hard for us to get a star rating through the conventional rating systems, because without TV, phones or locks on the doors in our rooms (a 100 year tradition we’re proud of), we can’t even tick the required boxes to lodge an application. So, with the advent of TripAdvisor, we were curious to see how we would compare to other hotels in the brutally honest world of anonymous guest reviews. The good news is, after 40 odd reviews, Pinetrees has received a 4.5 star rating by TripAdvisor. We also received a 2012 Certificate of Excellence.
